Exchange & returns

If your package arrives damaged, take a picture of it before opening it. Then also take a picture of the damaged artwork. Send all the pictures to ville@karusoma.com. Ville will then respond promptly and the issue will be resolved.

If there is no obvious damage to the package, but your item arrived damaged or blemished please send photos of the damaged items, packaging and shipping label to ville@karusoma.com within 14 days from the date you received the item. Karusoma is not responsible for damaged items after 14 days of receipt.

If for some reason you want to return or exchange a painting, please email Ville and tell him so: ville@karusoma.com.

Returns and exchanges can only be accepted if the item is in brand new condition. Items eligible for a return or exchange must be returned within 14 days of delivery. 

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs back to Helsinki, unless your item is faulty or a mistake has been made on Ville’s part. In that case, contact him via e-mail and he will reimburse the return expenses, provided they do not exceed the original shipping costs.

Please allow up to 10 business days for a return or exchange to be processed once it arrives. You will receive an e-mail from Ville when the return or exchange is processed.
